Give color to your life and create a change!

When we think it’s time to lose weight, we immediately think that we should hit the gym and hit the hard yards, while envisioning dry crackers, lettuce leaves, and tomatoes as our staple diet.

In my experience, weight gains when you’re not being the person you want to be. Sure, there are some people who may have a medical issue that causes them to gain weight, but my work life tells me that for most, weight comes with excitement. This is why someone will put on weight, diet, exercise and lose weight only to find that several months or a year later they have gained all the weight back and often more! Weight gain and weight loss can be something of a roller coaster ride in life.

If you’re carrying weight and you don’t have a medical problem, then you need to get to the heart of the problem. Sure, you still need to go to the gym, walk or run every day, and certainly watch your diet, but until you get to the core of the problem, your weight will only go to yo yo.

So how do you get to the core? Easy. You start to work with your personal numerology, the colors you wear and your environment. All of these things reflect exactly who you are, what you’re thinking, and what you’re really feeling.

Did you know that your date of birth will even indicate where the weight may fall on your body? The day you were born is your birth number, this number is related to your natural characteristics. The year you were born is your routing number, this number relates to the people you meet and the education you get. Your strength number is when you take the day, month, and year and bring it down to a single digit. Your strength number relates to a combination of all the natural characteristics you were born with, the education you’ve gotten, the people you meet, and what you make of your life.

Here is an example: For a person born on April 12, 1970, their birth number would be 1+2 = 3. Their routing number would be 1+9+7+0 = 17. The 17 would be reduced to a single digit. 1 +7 =8. Her Force number would be 1 + 2 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 0 = 24 and then it would be reduced to a single digit 2 + 4 = 6

Now, a person with 3 in their numerology, whether as their birth number, route number, or strength number, will be inclined to put on weight around their waist. Number 3 is about self-esteem. People with 3s can often feel like they have to be servants or martyrs, giving to others before giving themselves. When I work with someone who has a birth date of 3, I work with raising their self-esteem and it doesn’t take long before the weight comes off.

Life it is about the election, but we often forget it. When you feel like you have no choice, your self-esteem drops and the weight goes up. Let me tell you about one of my clients Cathy…

Cathy called me to ask if she could join one of my Change4U courses. You could feel the low self-esteem even over the phone. She was a single mother struggling with a 7-year-old daughter, with enormous financial problems and about 16 kilos of extra weight. When she called, she knew that she needed to participate in my course, but she couldn’t afford it. She said that all she could pay was $40.00 and that she would please let her in the course, since she needed it so much. She promised that she would pay me when she could. I immediately said yes because I knew we’d have it on the way in no time. We did? Absolutely!

After just 12 weeks, Cathy had lost 30 pounds and had her finances in order. Her fees for her course were paid and she had her first date in a long time.

So what did Cathy do? First we work with her numbers. Her birth number was 26, which meant that she sabotaged herself. She knew what she had to do, but she didn’t do it.

With the number 26, the best diet will often be a vegetarian diet. When I mentioned this to him, he immediately replied that he felt much better when he ate mainly fruits and vegetables, so we controlled his protein and fat intake. Her skin was the first part of her body that started to look amazing…years passed from her face.

I looked at his name and his signature. Her signature was one you often see with women who don’t know who they are. The letters didn’t flow up in her first name and in her last name there were a lot of circles even though the letters weren’t o’s. Then once she wrote her name, she would go back with a line and then go back over the name with a line again. It was as if she wrote her name and then crossed it out. This means: “I really don’t like myself.” I taught Cathy to sign her name with a sweet waving Y. With any letter like the y where there is a part below the line, it is important to bring the letter back to where it started. With her last name we remove a lot of the loops and then finish off with a flick at the end of the n like a little v. By doing this, I made Cathy feel that she now had victory over her life and, in particular, over the past.

Your signature is very important. It is your identity. Every time you sign your name, you are signing how you feel about yourself and about life. Cathy didn’t like herself or her life.

We turn to the clothes he wore, especially the main colors: black, brown, gray or beige. Black indicated that she was in mourning, brown that she was bogged down, gray that she didn’t know where to go or what to do, while beige indicated that she had very little of anything. I didn’t have a lot of money to spend, so we started with the underwear and worked from there.

The black and white underwear came out one at a time and came in the red, turquoise, green, pink and orange. We started with the orange underwear first to create changes and unlock what needed to be unlocked. The orange color is an amazing color. It works with the sacral chakra: the chakra that reminds us that we have a choice in life. This chakra teaches us to be the anxious ones not the martyrs.

Why the underwear? They are the first garment that is put on your body every day, nobody selects them except you. They cover the sacral chakra and the hip area. The hips are what drive us forward. Legacies are where we walk for the future. When you choose a certain color of underwear, you are choosing where you want to walk in the future and what you want in your life. It wasn’t long before Cathy was able to shop for new clothes, so the old colors were gone and all the wonderful colors that made her feel great came in.

The last thing we worked on was your home environment. He rented a very small inexpensive house, so he thought he wouldn’t have much of a choice in what he could do, but he soon realized the difference he can make even moving the furniture.

We start in her bedroom. Your bedroom is your identity. It represents what you are thinking and feeling about life. I had him pull his bed out of the wall and throw out the poison willow he kept in the relationship corner of the room. The poison willow was not decorative. It was just dead wood. No wonder he put this up in her bedroom: she didn’t have good self-esteem and it also represented the dead wood she still carried with her ex-husband who constantly belittled and verbally abused her. I gave her a soulmate print from my collection as a gift. It looks amazing on the wall. She saw him every day when she got up. She went through her wardrobe and threw out all her old clothes and shoes, thus making room for the new.

After a few weeks the budget allowed for a change of sheets, pillowcases and duvet for the bed. We work with pink and green and a bit of turquoise. Pink and green when combined allow you to love again. Turquoise will always help you to be faithful and to do what is best for you.

By working with the Change4U program, Cathy was able to start with the base chakra and work through the body’s chakras along with her surroundings to release all the debris that was still floating around from her childhood and ex-husband. We really got to the core of the weight problem.

After 12 weeks, Cathy has lost weight. She was able to change her role within her company in order to make commissions. After just 12 weeks, she was able to pay off both credit cards and, for the first time in a long time, have money in the bank. Best of all, in the last week of her course she had a date with a beautiful man.

If you have weight problems, look at the core of the problem. When you take responsibility for your life and your actions, then you will achieve what you want.
