Cleanse yourself and your environment of negative energies.

We all lead very busy lives, always on the go, whether it’s working, going to school, socializing, entertaining at your house, shopping, and even talking on the phone, just to name a few. In everything we do in our daily life we are constantly in contact with other people, different environments and spaces.

Wherever people have been, they will leave behind both negative energy and positive energy, but it is negative energies that affect us greatly. A person may be having a bad day and not feeling very positive, they may be angry, they may have had an argument, they may feel bad, etc. Over time, these negative energies will build up within your home, workplace, and within yourself as well, causing you to feel quite unbalanced and stagnant.

Everyone is affected by these negative energies, although some of us are more sensitive to them than others, especially children. You may feel quite drained, tired and lacking energy or alternatively hyperactive, restless and irritable, something we see quite often in children, who cannot settle down or have difficulty sleeping, do not feel like your usual self, feel uncomfortable but They are unable to identify what is going on, unmotivated, emotionally all over the place and generally on edge. Everyone experiences these negative energies differently, be it mild, moderate, or severe.

That is why it is very important that you cleanse yourself and your environment, both at home and at work so as not to be affected by these energies and maintain peace and balance.

A simple and effective way to clean yourself is:

White sage stains.

It is well known that it increases the vibration of any space, person or element cleaning, purifying and clearing negativity in all its forms. Smudge bars can be used to cleanse, purify, and protect the aura of a person, home, or business. Fuzzy feathers used to gently sweep and direct smoke in a more traditional way (as North American Indians do) although using the hand in the same way is also perfect.

– Using a stick of white sage, lighting it over a fireproof container so that it burns and begins to burn, then turn off the flame and the clay stick will smoke.

– Sweep the sage smoke with your hand or by smudging a feather over your head and down the front of your body and doing the same with the back of your body. Basically, you are passing the smoke through your aura (the energy field that surrounds your entire body).

– You can also do this with other members of your family, including your children.

This can be done daily, two or three times a week, or weekly, depending on what you and your family have been doing.

Be guided by your intuition and by how you and your family feel and behave.

A simple and effective way to clean your environment:

– Close all windows and doors and start with a sage smear, lighting the sage in the same way as personal cleansing.

– Walk around your home, workplace or business, sweeping the smoke from each room. Take special care to stain the corners of the room, as negative energy can gravitate to corners, cupboards, and cupboards very easily and create very stagnant energy in the room. Let yourself be guided to go where you think the negative and stagnant energy resides, as well as the room itself.

– Once the house or space has been completely stained, burn granulated incense incense.

– Place a charcoal tablet in a container or incense holder filled with rock salt or sand used specifically for this purpose, with a pair of tweezers hold the charcoal disk and light below the charcoal disk while holding it over the container . Once the charcoal is lit (you will know when it starts to spark) put it back in the bowl.

– Place some granules of incense on the charcoal. Once you are smoking, place it in the room and let the smoke fill each room. You may want to have a few bowls of incense at a time, especially if you are cleaning your home as all rooms need to be cleaned.

– Leave it burning in each room for about 5 – 10 minutes. When each room is finished, open all doors and windows to allow negative energy to be released.

It is important to smudge the sage and incense for proper cleaning. The sage will dislodge and lift negative energies, but it is the incense that ensures that these energies are released and leave the house or area being cleaned.

This can be done biweekly or monthly, depending on what is happening in your life.

Cleaning this way is also beneficial if you are moving into a new home, “cleaning up” the problems and energies left behind by the people who occupied the space before you.

There are many ways to clean, but the above is a simple but effective way to clean and clean.
