The sacrifice of praise and the blessing of worship

“The Power of Praise and Worship” is a story of tragedy, healing, and the blessings that result from worship through the sacrifice of praise. Terry Law shares the lessons he learned as he moved into a new dimension of ministry by combining praise and worship as a lifestyle. This is an updated and revised edition of Terry’s previous book. The previous edition was written primarily as a teaching tool. In this expanded edition, Terry has asked his longtime friend Jim Gilbert to collaborate with him to provide the biographical background for two tragedies that affected his life and ministry in dramatically different ways.

Terry recounts how he went from the dark night of despair after Jan’s death to the melting pot of praise that followed. Help the reader understand the five stages of spiritual warfare. He uses the scriptures, illustrations from his own ministry and experiences, and those of other ministers and anointed ministries to reinforce his message. Terry continues to emphasize the importance of the Word of God, the Name of Jesus, and the Blood of Jesus as the three warheads needed to combat Satan’s attacks.

In Part II Terry, again, asks Jim Gilbert to record another devastating event. Jim recounts the stigma and trauma Terry experienced when his second wife, Shirley, sued for divorce. A four-year courtroom scene followed that left Terry nearly bankrupt with a virtually bankrupt world ministry.

The experiences that include followed lessons learned from the sacrifice of worship, a lifestyle of worship, as well as those other elements of worship important to establish a pattern of worship.
