DOCTRINE OF FALSE SALVATION

Teaching of the Heresy of Apostle Theo Wolmarans: 2017

Theo Wolmarans is teaching a double false doctrine in his book called “The Blood Pact”. In The First False Doctrine he states that Melchizedek is the Pre-incarnate Christ. This false doctrine comes from Gnostic teaching and also from a Christian sect. The second false doctrine is that tithing is an “act of covenant” to pay for one’s salvation. I give some scriptures to refute this false doctrine of assuring or paying for his salvation with the Tithe. The true Identity of Melchizedek is debatable. However, to explain it in simple terms, he is a type of Christ. To explain this false teaching of the pre-incarnate Christ let’s look at Genesis 14.

And Melchizedek, king of Salem, brought out bread and wine, and he was a priest of the Most High God. (Genesis 14:18 KJV)…the original Hebrew uses the world El Elyon for God Most High. Which has its origin in the Phoenician language, which worshiped El, a pagan Canaanite deity.

And wounded be the Most High God, who delivered your enemies into your hand. And he gave him titles of all. (Genesis 14:20 KJV)…the original Hebrew says the best from above, so it cannot mean the same as Malachi’s biblical title.

Theo says that Abraham gave Melchizedek (Christ) a tenth, and interprets this as an act of covenant. The act of covenant refers to giving on both sides according to Theo. Christ giving his blood and his body (bread and wine) and Abraham giving a tenth of the spoils of war. So, in fact, what he is saying is that one must pay a tenth to Christ (Church) in exchange for salvation (the blood and the Body). This is a heretical teaching. Ephesians corrects this false belief.

2:8 “For it is by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Eph 2:9 Not by works, so that no one can boast.

There is no covenant act of giving to earn or pay for one’s salvation. There is a concept of a covenant act in the Bible. The covenant act in the Old Testament was circumcision and not giving a title to a Priest-king. God made a covenant with Abraham, but it was a unilateral covenant (unilateral covenant). God (Yahweh) even provided a ram for the sacrifice. The Bible further says that we cannot use gold or money to pay for our salvation. Theo’s covenant understanding is based on pagan covenants and not Jewish covenants. In the New Testament, Jesus made a unilateral covenant. The word covenant (Latin) was translated from the Greek word Testament. A will takes effect when someone dies.

1Pe 1:18 “Because you know that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver and gold, from your vain conduct received by tradition from your fathers;”

Paul says in Galatians 3:1 who has bewitched you to believe another gospel. Another gospel is a gospel by the law and the works of the flesh. People feel guilty if they don’t pay the title. If they sin, they can at least pay titles to cover their guilt and “pay for their sins.” This is what is happening on the subconscious level. We can never pay for our own sins with good deeds or money. This is human nature to try to make peace with God and obey the commandments. Theo and CFC argue that if you love God you will obey his commands. This scripture refers to the Pharisees who were still under the law and still served in the Temple system with sacrifices. Biblical hermeneutics is ignored in Theo’s interpretation. Some basic biblical rules for correct interpretation are relevance to the audience and historical context. So Jesus was speaking to those under the law and the temple system and not to the modern church or even the Church of Acts. Jesus wasn’t dead yet, so the laws and things were still in place. Even the book of Hebrews must be read in context. Otherwise, we will invent new doctrines. It is absurd to think that Jesus receives titles in Heaven. What would he do with all that money? No, the man is the one who needs money. Truly the devil and his deception is active in the church with such false doctrine. Trying to make people pay for their salvation is really heretical, like in the days of Martin Luther in the Middle Ages. Martin Luther spoke against this evil of his time, which was also taught by the Catholic Church.

Theo also says that life equals money. This is your own subjective interpretation of what life is. This is incorrect since the Bible says that life is blood or blood is life. Once again, Jesus gave his life and we give our life, that is, the living part of us that is made up of spirit, soul and body. Your life can also mean the time you spend on earth. Do you live for God or for yourself Time is exchanged for money to live in this world. But we cannot exchange money for eternal life. The Bible says that we are in this world and we are not of this world. Money is of this world, and not of Heaven. Do not let anyone fool you that you need to pay your Eternal salvation with the Tithe. Salvation is a free gift received by faith alone.

In the American media, a drug addict was arrested for trying to sell golden tickets to heaven (2016). It seems that this is what Pastor Theo is trying to do.
