o Keep a nice bright smile. Healthy white teeth are a great confidence booster. If you’re starting out with a not-so-bright smile, use a teeth whitening kit or get professional teeth whitening. To keep your new smile bright, brush and floss regularly (2-3 times a day) and visit the dentist at least once a year.

o Skip the tanning bed and use a sunless tanner to keep your skin looking and feeling young and healthy.

o Get rid of cellulite by doing daily exercises and using a good quality anti-cellulite cream. This doesn’t have to be expensive or painful. Just add some squats to your morning routine and apply the cream after you shower.

o Keep your hair healthy and shiny by eating well. Some foods will give your hair that extra boost it needs to look its best. Salmon, dark green vegetables, beans, nuts, poultry, eggs, oysters, carrots, and whole grains are great foods to add to your daily diet.

o Get fuller, plumper lips by exfoliating, moisturizing, and opting for lighter lip shades than darker ones (pros say “light things look magnified”). Also, after applying lip color, try dabbing some sheer gloss right in the center of your upper and lower lips for that extra pouty effect.

o Dandruff can be a pain at times. Get a good weekly or fortnightly anti-dandruff shampoo. If your dandruff is still bad, see a doctor about a prescription shampoo to add to your routine.

o Keep nails well-groomed by trimming frequently, keeping cuticles down, and keeping hands well-moisturized.
