You are brushing your teeth every day; In the same way, exercise as a habit of the daily routine. Turn off the TV or computer and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

To work your heart, it has to be aerobic exercise. You have many ways: biking, walking, jogging, elliptical machine, rowing machine, swimming. But don’t feel like you agree to be an athlete. Walking is the best exercise. Get ten minutes here and there throughout the day. Everything counts.

Start with something simple, like parking at the far end of the parking lot, so you have those extra steps to the door. Get the stairs a flight or two instead of the elevator. If you use public transportation, get off one stop earlier and walk the rest. Go out at lunchtime for a walk. Or take a walk with your added friends or wife after work. You will get a stress reduction and relaxation benefit.

Stop eating junk food and high fat fast food. Foods high in saturated fat, salt, and cholesterol damage the brain, the heart, and the entire heart. There is no acceptance around you.
