Much has been said about how one can prepare for AC. The course material along with the exam pattern makes it one of the most difficult exams to pass in India. But if approached systematically, much more productivity can be achieved with the same efforts.

Before moving on to the exact topic, I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am an average student like most of us, however, I was able to pass the AP exams on the first try in just one sitting. However, in doing so, I realized that there are certain small plans that we can do that help a lot in final exams. Not all of us are gifted with the big brain, but whatever little we do have, we have to use to analyze our strengths and weaknesses and then work in a way to overcome those or, at best, avoid them. I adopted the same strategy in my preparations, let me elaborate on some of the methods:

1. Map:

has. This is one of the most initial requirements. Our study plans must be made well in advance, and the same must be done as soon as possible, that is, from the moment of registration for the exams.

b. The plan must take into consideration all our weaknesses, the plan must never be very aggressive, and rather it must only be quite conservative. For example, even for the item that you are sure needs fewer days, then you should also put enough allowance for some contingencies.

vs. No matter what, once the plan has been finalized, you should stick to the plan, you can improve the plan and generate some extra time, but you should never cross the timeline.

d. The schedule can be done as follows:

Yo. Macro planning: should be done on a general basis at the subject level. The following may be suggested milestones:

1. Course Coverage: Initial months should be allocated to cover the course, based on your preference and ability; one can cover many topics at the same time or one topic at a time.

2. Review 1: This must be done in 50% of the time necessary to cover the first coverage of the Course

3. Review 2: This must be done in 50% of the time it takes to do the first review

ii. Micro Planning: This must be done for each theme. Analyze the scanner for each topic and organize the chapters according to their importance. When we say important, it means evaluating the effort to be made in each chapter against the benefit of it. I used to divide the number of pages in that chapter with the expected grades of that chapter. This is used to tell me the most efficient chapter, that is, the chapter where I need to spend the least amount of time but will get the highest score. This also helps to cover the maximum course, at the end the remaining chapters; They are the ones that if they are not covered, will not cause further damage.

2. Review: Review is one of the most important aspects of exam preparation. All of us are not the same, so we have different memory retention spans, however, most of us require doing a full course review on exam night. Now this is kind of important, if you haven’t tried to do a full review at least once, earlier in a day, you’ll have a hard time covering the same thing on exam night. Therefore, when making the general exam plan, make sure to plan your learning curve so that the last revision before the exams start is done in a single day, that is, no more than 24 hours. Once you’ve done this kind of review, you’ll get a lot of confidence that you’re really prepared for the exams, and this confidence will be based on real facts, rather than some proper assumptions.

3. Notes: Notes are very important from a review point of view. Just remember, what you’ve studied all year doesn’t matter, if you can’t review the same. You need to know all the things you need to review, and this is where your notes will come in handy. Not only is the fact that you note them important, but more important is familiarity with the notes. If you use someone else’s preprinted notes, then that won’t be as fruitful as your notes. Making your own notes for all subjects will take a lot of effort, but we’re not talking about one of the most difficult exams. There are many ways to prepare your notes:

has. Mark/Write on Books: Simply mark/underline the part you want to review; You can also add your own comments about the book. By doing so, you will be able to review the entire book in no time. But if you’re bookmarking in the book itself, assign a number to the pages you’re bookmarking on, this will help make sure you don’t miss anything on subsequent revisions, and it will also let you know how many pages you need. you actually need to review.

b. Take notes: This is one of the most tedious and herculean tasks, but also the most rewarding and satisfying. Making your own notes is like writing a book, in your style just for you. Reviewing your handwritten notes is also faster than bookmarking. The best part of doing this is the reuse value of said notes, some of the audit notes I did in CA Inter, were used in the exact way and manner in CA final, or some economics notes in class 12 were very helpful. . at CA Foundation. These notes also help you in your graduate work.

4. Simulation: There are many things for which simulation can be done, some of them are:

has. Test time: You should plan your study hours in such a way that your brain is most active during the time of day when the test is to be written. For example, if the exam time is from 10:30 am in the morning, then in your daily schedule, you should start your study around 7:30 am. Nothing can be worse than not being able to attend to the work correctly because you feel sleepy, or because your mind is not at its best at the time of the exam.

b. Writing: Get a lot of practice writing, this will not only help improve your typing speed but also build stamina for typing. Many must have experienced hand pain/stiffness at the time of writing exams, this is due to lack of writing habit.

Against Dummy Papers: Just try to attend some of the test papers under examination conditions, if possible. I never practiced this, so I will not be able to detail about it.

5. Grade Estimation: Some of us are in the habit of estimating the grades they will get on the paper they just wrote. Never do this. Estimates made like this are not useful at all, as whatever the result of your estimate, you will have excitement or sadness in your mind for the upcoming job. Both will harm your preparation, the best approach is to simply forget what happened, whatever you wrote on the exam was the best thing you could have done in that situation, and once you’re out of the exam room, nothing can be done about it. the same. The revision of the next paper is in your hand, though, so make sure you don’t fuck up what’s in your hand, so it’s not in your hand.

6. Weighting Different Topics: Many of us have a tendency to focus on one particular topic to get more points and less on others. This is a risky approach, though if it works then you’re done for, but if it doesn’t you might get screwed in no time. Give all your themes the time they deserve, because in this approach of strengthening a theme, in case you fail on that particular theme, then you are doomed and at the same time, even in case you can give your best shot. in that subject, then you can also fail the exams because of the other subject, which has not been given adequate time. However, if you spend the required time in all the subjects, you can get passing grades in all of them and any or all of them can give you the required addition.

7. One set vs. both sets – Here again it’s based on individual preference, but trying both sets is better than just one set, this is for the following reason:

has. Hey, why do you want to prolong the test, both groups will mean that you have successfully avoided six months of prolonged study.

b. Race: Initially, whether you realize it or not, but both groups on the first try give you a lot of mileage, and this gives you a lot of advantage in your race, and this advantage continues for a long time. After six years of qualifying too, the consultants are still asking if you have qualified on the first attempt of a single session or not.

against Money: Think about being able to win six months before

8. First Try: Never underestimate the importance of the first try. The first attempt comes from the only ones in life, and do not miss this opportunity. Your career will depend a lot on this; those who have the first attempts are mostly able to get the premium in the labor market.

The above points summarize my experiences of studies in CA, I hope you can find some of them good enough to run.
