Streamlined lead tracking and nurturement with email and text automation and custom intake forms allow you to capture more new leads. These lead records can then be imported directly into PracticeMaster removing the need for manual data entry and eliminating duplicate information. Once clients are engaged a range of email and SMS reminders can be sent to keep them informed about upcoming appointments or tasks. Signed documents can be shared with clients via LexShare to enable them to electronically sign and return them directly into the relevant PracticeMaster Document Management file.
Using the integrated client portal, clients can easily view all of their case or matter details and documents from any device including smartphones. The portal can be used to share and collaborate on matters with other members of the firm or external parties. Clients can also book appointments or services online. The portal also offers a number of additional features to help your firm stay ahead of the competition including a secure document management system.
A comprehensive inventory management system helps reduce ‘gaps’ in stock levels and can be used to monitor the status of composites, mixtures or packs you create yourself. The system can also notify you a pre-defined number of days before products reach their expiry dates to help reduce waste.
With the option to integrate with NetDocuments, PracticeMaster can connect and access data from all files held in that system. This is particularly useful for conflict searches and when assembling documents that will be stored in Worldox. NetDocuments also synchronizes client information with PracticeMaster to make it easy for firm staff to locate a complete and accurate record of client data.
